Three weeks before WordCamp:Developers we embarked on what seemed like an impossible mission: Raise enough extra funds to knock down the price for every attendee to $40. The only way this would happen was if some major players came on board almost immediately to cover the many costs associated with hosting an event of this size in Vanocuver.
